What is conversational marketing?

It has happened to all of us that we have found the product or service we want after checking several sites and we were just one click away from the final payment; But because we couldn't find anyone to answer our questions, we bought without thinking. In fact, the lack of a way to communicate between the seller and the customer is the main reason for this happening. But this challenge can be easily solved by using conversational marketing ,  which is called conversational marketing in English. A term that you have heard many times in the last few years and you have probably realized its importance. Conversational marketing or conversational marketing is a marketing method that we have explained in detail in the rest of this Mediana article.

What is conversational marketing?
In today's environment, nothing can attract a customer's attention like words. Of course, we do not mean speaking with hard and coarse words; Rather, it is a simple virtual verbal or telephone communication between the seller and the customer.

This is where conversational marketing comes into play.
